**ANNOUNCEMENT**

We’ve decided to postpone Pinayista Rooted Retreat. Due to feedback from Pinays that many were already booked for that week, we’ll be postponing for a future date in 2025. 

We’ll still be hosting a Pinayista holiday event in December so keep an eye out!

For the past 6 years of Pinayista, our Rooted Pinays have been stepping up constantly as our Lighting Talk speakers, Workshop & Speaker Coaches, Board Members, and Planning Committee members. We focused so much on giving back (old habits die hard), and we never carved out a space to be HELD.

Now is the time to be seen, heard and held, sis.

This retreat is designed for:

  • Seasoned Pinay entrepreneurs and CEOs who have built successful businesses, have navigated the peaks and valleys of the entrepreneurial journey, and continue to hustle hard.
  • Pinays who are rooted in their services and what they offer their customers and communities (demonstrated “success” and proficiency in their field).
  • Warriors, leaders, business owners, and fierce entrepreneurs who understand what it takes to run a successful business, and are now looking for help working on mindset, scale, growth, and sustainability.

About The House

Escape to a stunning beachfront luxury home for our Pinayista Rooted Retreat! This 6,000 sq. ft. property offers breathtaking ocean views, two spacious decks with fire pits, and easy access to Mama Nature like the beach, walking paths, and peaceful seating areas.

Located just 7 miles from San Francisco, this 10-bedroom, 6-bath space sleeps up to 50, but we’re keeping it peaceful and abundant by limiting our retreat to just 20 Pinays + our 2 Facilitators. This is the perfect serene, local getaway for connection and rejuvenation with your fellow Pinay CEOs.
